The website corresponds to a book which is being written by Drew Caradine Shouter (pseudonym). The introduction page contains an index with the different chapters and subchapters to be published. Most of these chapters still need to be written and we will publish them on www.raken.com/american_wealth/index.htm as soon as we receive them from the author. Active links in the index as well as on the decorative navigation buttons (pictures) in the pages indicate which chapters are available.
